The item received is defective, damaged, or not as described.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery (proof of delivery date required).

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Items ordered by mistake.

  • Items that no longer meet your personal preferences.

  • Delays in shipping due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs clearance, carrier delays, or natural disasters).

 

2. Proof Requirements

To process a refund, you must provide:

  • A clear description of the issue.

  • Photographic or video evidence of the defect/damage (including packaging).

  • Your order confirmation details (order number, full name, and email).

  • Refund requests without sufficient evidence or proper documentation may be denied.

 

3. Return Policy

If your refund is approved, you may be required to return the item to us for inspection. Please note:

  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Returns must be sent using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

  • Items must be returned in unused and original condition, with all original packaging included.

 

4. Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days of receiving and verifying the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

5. Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you may return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

 

6. Exceptions

In compliance with local consumer protection laws:

  • Customers in the European Union (EU) have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Rights Directive.

  • Any other consumer rights guaranteed by your country or region’s laws will remain unaffected by this policy.
